MEMORY VERSE
“but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”
– Acts 6:4
The apostles were devoted to prayer and teaching the Word of God. They didn’t want to waste their time on other things because they wanted to pray and preach continually.
We waste so much time doing meaningless things. We spend hours each day watching TV, surfing the internet, playing games, and talking about things that don’t really matter.
We need to recognize the meaningless things in our life that are stealing our time. Spending time with the LORD should be the highest priority for a disciple, and we need to stop wasting our time on meaningless things.
Give yourself continually to prayer and the Word of God, and remove any distractions that steal your time from the LORD.
