MEMORY VERSE
“Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”
– Psalm 95:6
There was a time when people understood the importance of kneeling before God, but that concept seems to be unfashionable and unpopular these days.
Worship involves kneeling and bowing in honor and reverence to the King of Kings. This is an act of humility and submission to God. The Bible says there will come a day when every knee will bow to the King of Kings.
“that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth”
– Philippians 2:10
If you recognize who He is, you should already be bowing your knees to Him. A disciple of Yeshua recognizes that He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. A disciple of Yeshua learns to bow his heart and his knees in worship.
Make it a regular practice of coming before the Lord on your knees.
