Hello fellow believers, I have a question and I hope someone here can give me some wisdom on…
I’m in the market for a new Bible (in Dutch) because the one I have now is a New World Translation Bible (wich I got from Jehova’s Witnesses) and from what I understand now, they have changed the content of the Bible to fit their own personal agenda… That is why I haven’d read out of it in some time… I really do want to start reading the Bible again but I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock… I’m currently looking on a site (koopdebijbel.nl) and there are over a hundred differant Bibles… and I just don’t know wich one I should buy…

There are subcatogories on wich you can pick but I have absolutly no idea wich ones are good and wich ones are not… the subcatogories are:
– Herziene Statenvertaling
– Basisbijbel
– Statenvertaling
– NBV
– NBV21
– Bijbel in gewone taal ( Bible In Ordinairy Language)
– het boek (the book)
– Naardense bijbel
– Willibrord vertaling

As I said I have no idea wich Bible would be good and wich one would not be… I really need help…
