Look up “Biblical Comfort for those who Mourn” on the Unlearn the Lies channel. It’s okay to speak the truth of scripture about like after death. In Hebrews 13 – 9 it says: Don’t listern is someone is telling you weird or wrong things about God… God gives you strength because he is good for you… and NOT because you keep rules on what you can or cannot eat… such rules are pointless!
