I’ve never done any vin diagramming at school (apart from 20mins in a math class), never knew it was a thing. Applying it to the Bible could yield some interesting findings, i.e. in respect to sacrifices, patterns used in the tabernacle, interpersonal relationships (between siblings, marriages), blessings vs curses.
